We're almost done recording! We still have to do some organs and tambourines, but most of the other stuff has been recorded, which leaves us with a grand total of about 17 songs. 11 of which will probably make the album. What a luxury! We will have to decide which ones will stand the test of time after the mix. Two things are for sure: it's going to be very nice, and there's a lot of variation.

Furthermore, we plan on trying out the new material live this fall. We will be playing at the Culturele Zondag in october, and we have been selected for the Popronde, which may result in some gigs in september/october/november. We'll keep you posted on that!

March 2006

We're back in the studio, recording our second album. We already recorded 8 songs, and in april we will record about 8 more. 4 of the songs we recorded are already available in a promo/demo version we made for booking purposes. Two of those songs you can listen to at our Sounds page!
The title track already made it onto a 3voor12 mp3 album! This is what they had to say:
"Dat ze in Utrecht van wanten weten met gitaarpop mag geen verrassing heten, maar Gloricz Jim's Count Me Out steekt - met die lekker venijnige gitaardingetjes in het couplet en dat volle, intense refrein - minstens een paar koppen boven z'n stadgenoten uit" (if you don't speak Dutch, they really really like it :-) )
